Solverboard
Helping teams turn ideas into validated, measurable outcomes.
Solverboard was a product designed to help organisations capture ideas, assess viability, deliver solutions, and measure results, all in one place. The aim was to bring structure and clarity to innovation processes that were often fragmented, subjective and hard to track.
I worked as the lead product designer from early concept through to delivery, partnering closely with the business owner to shape and challenge the product vision. My role spanned discovery, strategy and execution, including user journey mapping, prototyping, user testing, design system foundations and delivery planning.
A key part of my work was leading workshops to uncover unmet user needs, align stakeholders, and translate abstract ideas into clear product direction. These insights were used to prioritise features and ensure the product solved real problems rather than assumptions.
Alongside the product work, I set up a shared design library with clear documentation and links to a Storybook implementation. This created a single source of truth for design decisions, improved consistency, and made it easier for the team to build and iterate with confidence.
