Working from conceptual thinking right through to delivery, my responsibilities included user journey mapping, prototypes, testing with end users, managing design library growth, and assisting in project management tasks.

The goal was to create designs for the development of an ideation platform that allows organisations to gather ideas from their staff. Users needed the ability to post ideas, get them discovered and align them to organisational needs with leadership. The platform is used to record viability, manage the delivery of solutions and measure results to streamline innovation.

One key hurdle we overcame was the enablement of Business owners with big visions to be challenged in ideation sessions. Along with end-user testing, this facilitated the production of requirements desirability and aided in road mapping.

I was proud to set up a component library with documentation with links to a Storybook site which made it easy for all team members to find information on design decisions.
